- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a Servicing role
- Experience working with special purpose machinery
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment
- Strong experience with assembly and machine build
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Team player who is passionate about their work
- Flexible with working hours Monday-Friday
- Happy to travel on a field basis across the UK
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Travelling to customer sites across the UK to service, commission and calibrate machinery
- Testing and repairing equipment to be dispatched
- Training customers on how to use their machinery
- Around 10% of work at the company based and 90% servicing
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Working in a small multi-disciplinary team
