JOB - Project Engineer
LOCATION - Ely, Cambridgeshire
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
My client is a specialist Mechanical Engineering company, with products going into a whole host of different sectors. They are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Ely.
The Project Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- HNC/HND/BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Engineering Experience in a relevant industry would be preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD
- Mechanical and Electrical experience would be preferable
- Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The Project Engineer role will involve:
- Managing and delivering engineering projects, engaging with design work
- Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
