Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Southampton
Hybrid: 3 days per week on site
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
We are looking for an Infrastructure IT Support Engineer to join a leading financial business based in central Southampton
With very flexible hybrid working you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week and a salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
Playing a vital part in the IT department you will be focused on providing technical support to employees and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the internal systems.
You will bring excellent communication and strong technical knowledge whilst keeping up to date with new and emerging technologies.
Key Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft technology stack – Windows, AD, Azure, Exchange
- Networking technologies
- Install, configure and maintain software applications
- Provide technical support for IT incidents
- Be comfortable working with colleagues resolving issues on email, telephone and in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Follow ITIL based processes
This role may require occasional international travel to one of their offices.
