JOB – Senior Electrical Design Engineer
LOCATION – Dorset
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
A UK based Engineering company are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- BEng or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in electrical design in a relevant industry such as Maritime or Power.
- Good understanding of CAD electrical design packages.
- Ideally experience with Power equipment such as amplifiers.
- Positive & keen-to-learn attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer’s duties will involve:
- Working closely with other engineers to design & develop systems for the marine sector.
- Participate in verification.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.
