Location: Leicester
Salary Range: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum

Job Description:
As a Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating detailed technical drawings and plans, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Reviewing architectural plans and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Producing accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules for project estimation and budgeting purposes.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for drawing creation and modification.
- Collaborating with the project team to identify and resolve design issues or discrepancies.
- Maintaining an organized and accurate documentation system to track revisions, changes, and project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Draughtsman or similar role.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
- Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of construction and building regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
