Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Assembly & Workshop Technician to join our team at [Business Name]. As an Assembly & Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining a wide range of products according to specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performing assembly and installation of components or systems according to blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, or other specifications.
  • Testing and inspecting completed products to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to assembly or product defects.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including detailed documentation of any issues or improvements made.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to provide feedback on design improvements and product enhancements.
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly and workshop environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
