Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Assembly & Workshop Technician to join our team at [Business Name]. As an Assembly & Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining a wide range of products according to specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing assembly and installation of components or systems according to blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, or other specifications.
- Testing and inspecting completed products to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to assembly or product defects.
- Maintaining accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including detailed documentation of any issues or improvements made.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to provide feedback on design improvements and product enhancements.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly and workshop environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
