At Premier Group, we’re committed to helping you become an expert in recruitment. Our comprehensive training program covers everything from mastering the latest sourcing techniques to building strong client relationships. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to enhance your skills, our hands-on approach and experienced mentors will guide you every step of the way.

All new Consultants joining Premier will embark on a full induction week which will provide information ranging from the business history, our goals and vision, and importantly, our values and standards. Within this week, employees will gain a clear understanding of the business alongside the expectations within the role and how they will be able to progress, build knowledge and contribute to our ongoing success.

From the induction week, our consultants move onto an extensive, award winning, 12-week inhouse training programme, IMPACT, to provide you with all the knowledge and skills to become a top performing recruitment consultant. The programme consists of modular based content, 1-2-1 workshops, group workshops, role plays, multiple choice tests and scenario-based questions. Once our consultants have completed IMPACT, they will have full support from the L&D team with regular refresher sessions and 1-2-1 support where necessary.

From this point, all promotion levels will have training alongside their new job title, which will help enhance their previous skills as well as build further knowledge to continue progressing within the business.

A message from our L&D team…

“The reason I believe our programme works is because it is suited to all types of learners, whether you’re a more practical on-the-job learner, prefer classroom instructor-led training or 1-1 coaching, our programme offers blended solution which allows us to make it tailored to each of our learners needs”. – Annabel Baker, L&D Officer at Premier Group

“Our internal training programme works because we consider individual learning preferences and customise our delivery approach to meet diverse needs. The programme is constantly evolving, and we make sure it’s engaging by incorporating interactive presentations, group activities, and roleplays. We gather regular feedback and measure the impact through individual performance. Both Annabel and I have worked hard to form strong relationships with all key stakeholders who now champion L&D and assist with the learning transfer.” – Hannah Bebb, L&D Officer at Premier Group
